Super friendly and helpful from the moment of arrival, Mandy and Justin even made our dog Winston feel at home and made a big fuss of him even supplying a bowl of sausages for his breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was superb!

Neptune's Steps down the road, Old Inverlochy Castle a short walk away and good views of Ben Nevis across the river from the property.

A very warm friendly welcoming from the owner Mandy, Great location situated very close to the local shops, bars and restaurants. A large double bedroom, beautiful decor and spacious. Everywhere was perfectly clean. Mandy was very helpful and accommodating with the local information. The breakfast was lovely, served hot and wow the sausage was awesome. Would highly recommend this little gem, great value for money and places a special touch on our overnight stay in Fort William. Thank you Mandy and will see you on our return.

We arrived early and it was no problem to book in and the host made us feel extremely welcome and even made us a pot of tea. Lovely room. Spotlessly clean and excellent facilities. Superb breakfast. The Hosts were very attentive, but still respecting our privacy.

Absolutely fabulous! From the great welcome on arrival to the feeling of leaving old friends on departure! Mandy and Justin were wonderful and made our stay there a fantastic experience.And the breakfasts were outstanding.

We would recommend "TheLochy" for the evening meal and the Jackobite train ride to Mallaig is great.

Staff exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Room was superb as it we needed to sleep 5 this is very difficult to come across in most hotels for this price. Breakfast was great as well, and was done well in a socially distanced manner. Guest house very easy to find.

Staff at the hotel recommended restaurant "The Crofter" in centre of town. Food was very good value for money there. We also went to climb Ben Nevis the following day which was very straightforward to find. Fort William also contains an Aldi, Home Bargains and Costa which some of our party visited while others climbed the mountain!

Well received and looked after by Mandy and Justin who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with our wee Westie. Location is very convenient but immediately adjacent the main road where road traffic noise is ok if you are used to it.......

It’s a short walk down a quiet road and over the river to the ruins of Old Inverlochy Castle. We walked to Caol, about 20 minutes away where there is a sandy beach on the shores of the Loch.

Exceptional We felt welcome from the very first moment. The best breakfast in Scotland we had here. The room was very clean. Our kids loved how they were treated by Mandy. We don’t know where to start because of many little goodies for example the way she explains everything is excellent. This stay was perfect. We will definitely book it again

The Pierhead Takeaway provides Pizza and Kebab and deep fried Mars till 11pm.

Warm and friendly reception and Mandy was exceptional in taking care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms were a good size with ensuite and the breakfast was just what one needed to start the day. Free wifi as well. Definitely a good find for a stay just outside Fort William so we will return if we are ever back in the area. Need a car or a good walk into town or there is a great taxi service we used.

Fort William had some things open but we are still in lock down for many at this time, but the surrounding area is full of good things to see and do. We booked on the Steam Train to Maliiag, (Harry Potter fame).

Absolutely excellent stay. The Glencoe apartment was massive and spotlessly clean. The host was wonderful and made as feel like home. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. Looking forward to come back to stay at Victoria house again. Will recommend all friends travelling towards fort William.

Just 5 min from the hause is the shipwreck which must be seen. We have done a day trip to small town Mallaig (40 miles). On the way you can stop at the famous Harry Potter Glenfinnan viaduct , and also beautiful white sanded beach at Camusdarach. From Mallaig you can jump on ferry to take you over on isle of Skye. 17 pounds family of 3 plus car. We are the bikers, so nevis range was just wonderful and also you can take a gondola on the top. Stills waterfall is also great place to see

Mandy and Justin are the perfect hosts for Victoria House. The Homestay is spacious, clean, beautiful with amazing Mountain views! We were greeted warmly by Mandy and she showed us two huge rooms for our family of eight. The breakfast prepared was more than enough for the whole family. Thank you again, Mandy, Justin and their lovely cat Sambucca. What an amazing house and we would highly recommend this place for any travellers!

Thanks for a fantastic stay. Mandy was very welcoming and friendly. Her tip about visiting a hotel near Glencoe and being able to feed Sam the stag was very helpful. When we left the next morning she even gave us bread to feed the deer. We successfully found them and have some great photos and video footage of us feeding Sam. Many thanks Mandy. We definitely would be happy to stay again.

A great welcoming. Staff was really attented of our needs and helpful. The room and services were excellent, highly recomended. We arrived earlier than our check-in time but they hosted us with no objection. Once in the room we were really surprised as we discovered wine and chocolate for Sant Valentine's day. I feel guilty for not remembering name, but my host was very welcoming and accommodating throughout my short stay. She allowed me in through the back door for easier access to my ground floor room and also let me take breakfast back to my room to enable me to stay with my charge.
